Financial Planning Division of CPM Associates has a unified system of education of new co-workers. The aim of the education is to ensure a high level of professional competence and knowledge of our people. Education is conducted at several levels.

- Macroeconomics
- Financial companies and background of their operation
- Financial literacy
- Individual financial education (OFV) - Insurance and reinsurance, capital deposits, receiving deposits, giving loans, Supplementary retirement insurance
- Act on financial intermediation and financial advisory
- Act on consumer protection in financial market
- Act on prevention of legalizing income from criminal activities and terrorist financing activities
Basic training is completed by taking a test in the Central bank of Slovakia (NBS) and obtaining necessary licenses for working in the area.
